No I in team

The greatest lesson I learned in sports that helps me run my business is there’s no I in team. That’s the hardest lesson for people to learn. A real team effort involves utilizing tremendous strength and tremendous ego for the benefit of the team. You can have great individual efforts, but an individual effort is only as good as you are. You can’t get exponential power. The practice in business is doing all of the little things and doing them perfectly.
